Candidates should have at least 6 years of recruiting experience, with a minimum of 4 years as a full-cycle recruiter. Strong technical knowledge, a keen interest in current technology trends, and experience developing candidate pipelines are essential. The ability to quickly build credibility with hiring managers, manage multiple technical requisitions concurrently, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills are also required. Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems like Lever is preferred. A sense of urgency and a competitive mindset are necessary.
Drive recruiting efforts in partnership with business leaders to attract top technical talent. Proactively identify, engage, and assess candidates for skills and culture fit. Creatively source passive candidates, screen inbound applicants, and continuously improve recruiting strategies, talent brand, and candidate experience. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Engage employees to promote a strategic referral program. Partner with analytics to track and analyze pipeline and performance data. Advise hiring managers on compensation recommendations and negotiate offer acceptances. Conduct reference checks as part of candidate vetting.
