Requirements

Responsibilities

The Tech Talent Sourcer will build talent pipelines for high-skill and high-demand Software Engineering roles, focusing on prospecting passive software engineers to fill the top of the funnel. This includes identifying candidates, creating excitement for open roles, and handing them over to the full-cycle recruiter. The role involves working closely with a Product Recruiter to build the top of the funnel with passive tech talent, emphasizing diversity, and effectively communicating with candidates to sell them on the company culture.
