Adaptability to a fast-paced startup environment and a curiosity for emerging technologies like AI are also essential.
The Senior Technical Recruiter will collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring goals and act as a thought partner in organizational development. They will source, screen, and close diverse, high-performing candidates for engineering roles, ensuring an excellent candidate experience through clear expectations and timely updates. The role also involves working with the Talent team on projects such as training, employer branding, sourcing strategies, and metrics, while continuously evaluating and improving recruiting processes and mentoring team members.
