Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in end-to-end recruiting within a fast-paced corporate setting. Experience with campus, entry-level, or technical recruitment is required, along with the ability to manage projects and optimize processes. Strong consultative qualities, interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate, collaborate, and influence across all organizational levels are essential. Candidates must also possess meticulous organization skills and attention to detail. A BS/BA degree and experience recruiting technical skillsets such as manufacturing engineers are preferred, as is familiarity with recruitment and sourcing technologies like Handshake, Beamery, or Paradox, and experience with on-campus recruiting events and Workday.
The Early Career Talent Acquisition Partner will engage with HR and business partners to develop innovative recruitment strategies and processes for top engineering talent. They will lead end-to-end recruitment for early career programs, including internships and entry-level positions, and manage day-to-day recruitment activities. Responsibilities include monitoring and presenting recruitment metrics and data, partnering with marketing and campus engagement teams to enhance employer branding, and leveraging various sourcing techniques to attract and hire candidates. The role also involves managing candidate communications throughout the recruitment process and identifying opportunities to improve programs and results.
