Requirements

Candidates must possess at least 8 years of experience in high-volume, full-lifecycle technology recruiting and a minimum of 2 years in direct people management. A proven track record in technology recruitment, preferably in a global context, is essential, along with demonstrated experience using data, metrics, and KPIs for decision-making. Exceptional communication skills for engaging at all organizational levels and proficiency with Google Suite are also required.

Responsibilities

The Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition (Technology) will lead recruitment efforts for ZipRecruiter's technology teams, managing a dedicated team in a player-coach capacity. Responsibilities include handling a requisition load for top-level and executive roles, enhancing candidate and hiring manager experience, and designing/implementing recruitment process improvements for efficiency. This role involves utilizing data-driven insights to advise hiring managers, refining hiring strategies, and identifying recruitment trends. The position also requires cultivating strong stakeholder relationships, developing team sourcing strategies, coaching and mentoring team members, and partnering with the broader People Team to align with the overall People strategy. Utilizing ZipRecruiter products for sourcing and hiring is also a key aspect of the role.
