Candidates should have at least 6 years of recruiting or talent sourcing experience, with a strong understanding of recruiting processes and best practices. Proficiency in using recruiting tools such as Applicant Tracking Systems, Talent Sourcing tools, Candidate Engagement tools, and Scheduling tools is required. Demonstrated ability to identify and source qualified talent, provide an excellent candidate experience, and manage multiple sourcing projects with strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills is essential. Experience sourcing technical roles, particularly in aerospace, aviation, or robotics, is also required. Preferred qualifications include strong boolean search string building skills, familiarity with Lever, LinkedIn Recruiter, and/or HireEZ, and experience building successful messaging campaigns that drive high response rates. The role requires willingness to travel up to 10% and the ability to comply with U.S. export control laws.
The Technical Sourcer will identify and engage top talent for critical roles at Reliable Robotics by understanding job descriptions and requirements, and becoming an expert in identifying key skills and experiences.
