About the Role

As a Technical Sourcer at Reliable Robotics, you will be a part of the Recruiting team. Recruiting plays a critical role in the growth and future success of Reliable Robotics. Your contributions to the team will help to ensure that we always have a pipeline of qualified and engaged talent. You’ll be instrumental in building our organization and helping us to achieve our goals of automated aviation.

Responsibilities

In your role as a Technical Sourcer, you will:

  • Identify and engage top talent for critical roles at Reliable Robotics.
  • Understand job descriptions and job requirements.
  • Become an expert in identifying the skills and experiences that make someone a top candidate at Reliable Robotics.
  • Build slates of talent profiles.
  • Engage candidates.
  • Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to move those candidates into our selection process.
  • Engage talent that has been identified by Hiring Managers and the broader Reliable Robotics team.

Basic Success Criteria

  • Knowledge of Recruiting processes and best practices, typically gained through 6+ years of Recruiting or Talent Sourcing experience.
  • Experience using Recruiting Tools, such as Applicant Tracking Systems, Talent Sourcing tools, Candidate Engagement tools, Scheduling tools, etc.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and source qualified talent, either as a Sourcer or Full Cycle Recruiter.
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently provide an excellent candidate experience.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills that will enable you to balance multiple sourcing projects and service level objectives (KPIs).
  • Skilled in sourcing technical roles, specifically in aerospace, aviation or robotics.

Preferred Criteria

  • Strong ability to build and modify boolean search string to target qualified talent.
  • Familiarity with Lever, LinkedIn Recruiter, and/or HireEZ.
  • Experience building highly successful messaging campaigns, candidate messaging and engagement strategies that drive high response rates.

Location and Travel

  • This position can be filled remotely or based at our facility in Mountain View, California.
  • Must be willing to travel up to 10% of the time.

Compensation and Benefits

  • The estimated salary range for this position is $110,000 to $150,000/annual salary + cash and stock option awards + benefits.
