Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is also required.
As a Technical Recruiter at ElevenLabs, you will lead the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing qualified candidates, conducting interviews, and extending offers to top talent within the engineering, product, and growth departments. You will partner closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and deliver a white-glove candidate experience, while also contributing to the overall talent acquisition strategy and building a strong employer brand.
