Position Overview

As a key member of the Talent team at ElevenLabs, you will play a vital part in our hiring strategy and execution. This is a unique opportunity to build and power the engine of ElevenLabs by identifying, engaging, and attracting top talent to join our dynamic team. This is a high autonomy, high impact, and high growth role. As a Technical Recruiter, you will play a vital role in our talent acquisition strategy, partnering closely with hiring managers and delivering a white-glove, best-in-class candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent across the engineering, product, and growth departments.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract highly qualified candidates, utilizing various channels such as social media, job boards, and industry networking events.
• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify high-potential candidates through strategic sourcing.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements, providing guidance and expertise to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.
• Maintain and analyze recruitment metrics to track the effectiveness of recruitment activities, making data-driven decisions to optimize and enhance our hiring processes.
