Requirements

Candidates should have over 3 years of high-volume recruiting experience in a fast-growing company and experience filling various roles across multiple job functions and employee levels. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems, superb communication skills, a process and metrics-driven approach, adaptability, flexibility, and the ability to travel up to 35% of the time are also required. The ideal candidate is proactive, works with a sense of urgency, and is an engaged team player.

Responsibilities

The Talent Acquisition Partner will manage the full-cycle hiring process, search for and recruit a diverse talent pipeline, and act as a brand ambassador at events. They will collaborate with hiring teams to ensure smooth interview processes, create job descriptions and hiring plans, post roles on job boards, and provide updates on recruitment status. Responsibilities also include tracking and reporting on key metrics, maintaining a candidate pipeline, contributing to recruitment strategies, researching market trends, developing recruitment communication materials, and supporting ad hoc projects.
