Candidates should possess at least 6 years of recruiting experience, with a minimum of 3 years of technical recruiting experience, and a proven track record of building high-caliber technical teams within a fast-paced, innovative, and high-growth environment. Experience working in a startup environment is desired, along with sourcing experience utilizing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Github, meetups, and Gem. A commitment to creating an unbiased and fair interview process is also required. Experience with applicant tracking systems, particularly Greenhouse, is a plus.
As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will manage the full-cycle recruiting process, from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews, in partnership with a recruiting coordinator. You will lead and deliver a best-in-class candidate experience, continuously working to improve diversity at Runway. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies, find creative sourcing methods, and build robust interview processes. Additionally, you’ll track search metrics, provide weekly updates, participate in recruiting events, and contribute to cross-functional projects, while also gaining exposure to various aspects of the People function.
