Familiarity with technical assessment tools and structured interview frameworks is expected, as is proficiency with ATS platforms and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred. The candidate should be agile, curious, solutions-oriented, resilient, resourceful, and committed to delivering results with integrity.
