A Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred. The candidate should be agile, curious, solutions-oriented, resilient, resourceful, and committed to delivering results with integrity.

Responsibilities

The Senior Technical Design Talent Acquisition Partner will lead full-cycle recruitment primarily for design roles, aligning talent strategies with business goals and workforce needs. They will build strong partnerships with HR managers and business leaders to understand hiring priorities and drive strategic planning. The role involves leveraging market insights and talent intelligence to inform recruiting strategies and support headcount forecasting. Responsibilities include delivering a high-touch candidate and stakeholder experience through proactive communication and operational excellence. The partner will also participate in HR and business meetings to share recruiting updates and data-driven insights, and align on talent initiatives. Continuous evaluation and enhancement of sourcing methods, tools, and processes for improved recruiting effectiveness are expected, along with educating and advising hiring leaders on market trends, candidate expectations, and onboarding best practices.
