Work Arrangement: This role is based remotely but if you live within a 50-mile radius of Atlanta, Austin, Detroit, Warren, or Mountain View, you are expected to report to that location three times a week, at minimum.

We’re looking for a Senior Technical Design Talent Acquisition Partner with deep expertise in creative design and technical design recruitment to help us build the teams that will power our next generation of vehicles, platforms, and digital experiences.
You’ll work closely with senior leaders to shape hiring strategies, deliver exceptional candidate experiences, and drive results in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

The actual base salary a successful candidate will be offered within this range will vary based on factors relevant to the position, as well as geography of the selected candidate.
The salary range for this role is $110,000 - $172,100. The actual base salary a successful candidate will be offered within this range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.
Bonus Potential: An incentive pay program offers payouts based on company performance, job level, and individual performance.
