Candidates should possess deep recruitment expertise with extensive experience hiring senior, specialist, and leadership-level roles in high-growth or early-stage businesses. Experience in RPO or venture-building, including recruitment process outsourcing, venture services, or multi-brand recruitment environments, is required. The role demands comfort with context switching and supporting multiple brands simultaneously, acting as a trusted advisor to venture leaders and executives, and guiding talent strategy to support long-term business goals. Candidates must be comfortable leading complex hiring programs across multiple ventures simultaneously with minimal direction, skilled at managing senior-level stakeholders, influencing decision-making, and setting hiring priorities. Expertise in interpreting data, providing market intelligence, and delivering actionable recommendations is essential, as is the capability to design scalable recruitment processes, talent strategies, and bespoke services. The ability to share expertise and support the development of other Talent Partners is also required.
The Senior Talent Partner will support both Improbable's hiring needs and the growth of its ventures by identifying, attracting, and hiring exceptional people across various disciplines. This includes delivering full-cycle recruitment for technical, creative, commercial, and leadership roles. The role involves designing bespoke talent services tailored to the unique needs of each venture, from recruitment strategy to candidate experience. Partners will work with leaders to design and execute effective, scalable hiring approaches for early-stage and scaling businesses, championing candidate experience and employer brand to ensure ventures and Improbable stand out in competitive markets. Additionally, the role requires providing data-driven insights on talent availability, compensation trends, and competitor activity to guide strategic decisions and maintaining operational excellence in hiring through smooth and scalable processes, tools, and reporting.
