Responsibilities

The Director of Talent Acquisition will lead and continuously improve the end-to-end recruiting process, ensuring an efficient and inclusive candidate experience. This role involves managing and developing a team of three recruiters, building strong relationships with business leaders to understand hiring needs, and driving effective recruiting strategies. The Director will personally execute executive-level searches, build and maintain hiring dashboards using data and technology, and identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation in the hiring process. Additionally, they will collaborate with internal partners to promote the employer brand and attract top talent.
