Experience recruiting technical skillsets, specifically Software Engineers, is required. The role demands project management skills, process optimization capabilities, consultative and interpersonal skills for effective communication and influence across all organizational levels, and the ability to build strong relationships. Meticulous organization and attention to detail are mandatory. A BS/BA degree and experience with campus, entry-level, or technical recruitment, along with familiarity with recruitment technologies like Handshake, Beamery, Paradox, and Workday, are preferred.
The Senior Early Career Talent Acquisition Partner will engage with HR and business partners to develop innovative recruitment strategies and leverage tools for attracting top technical talent. Responsibilities include managing the end-to-end recruitment process for early career talent programs, such as summer internships and entry-level positions. The role involves monitoring and presenting recruitment metrics, partnering with marketing and campus engagement teams to enhance the company's brand, and utilizing various sourcing techniques to attract and hire candidates. Additionally, the partner will manage candidate communications throughout the recruitment process, ensuring compliance with employment law and an inclusive experience, and will continuously research and identify opportunities for program improvement.
