The Head of Talent Acquisition will develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with business goals and growth projections. This role involves leading workforce planning, owning the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding, and managing recruitment KPIs and reporting. The Head of Talent Acquisition will also build and mentor a recruitment team, design hiring processes, partner with hiring managers and leadership, manage the recruitment tech stack and vendor relationships, and ensure compliance with employment laws and best practices.
