Requirements

Candidates should have over 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably at growth-stage startups. An analytical mindset, data fluency, and deep tech industry knowledge, especially in early-stage environments, are required. Experience maintaining quality while moving quickly in demanding situations, strong written communication skills, and proficiency with recruiting software and tools like Ashby and LinkedIn Recruiter are also necessary. Comfort leveraging AI tools and emerging technologies is a plus.

Responsibilities

The Senior Recruiter will own the full-cycle recruiting process for both technical and non-technical roles across all teams. This includes sourcing high-caliber candidates, conducting initial screens, and coordinating interview processes. The role involves partnering with leadership to refine requirements and calibrate on ideal candidate profiles, making strategic recommendations on talent acquisition, and understanding funnel dynamics to manage sourcing volume and maintain healthy pipelines.
