The Senior People Business Partner will act as a thought partner to leadership on organizational design, team health, talent planning, and change management. They will attend leadership meetings to stay informed about business goals and challenges, proactively identify risks and opportunities, and lead talent calibrations. Responsibilities include building and sharing monthly organizational health summaries, supporting succession planning and promotion readiness, and serving as a primary resource for managers on performance, feedback, and team dynamics. The role involves helping managers implement people programs effectively, partnering with other People team functions, and providing feedback on existing processes to ensure they are simple, scalable, and meet frontline needs.
