Proven expertise in designing bespoke search strategies, utilizing sourcing tools, Boolean searches, org chart mapping, and building high-conversion leadership pipelines is essential. The ideal candidate is comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, is data-literate, and demonstrates executive presence and strong storytelling abilities.

Responsibilities

The Principal Technical Recruiter will own the full lifecycle of engineering leadership searches from Senior Manager to VP level, including calibration, sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding transitions. They will design and drive bespoke search strategies for technical leadership roles across various domains, build and manage passive leadership talent pipelines, and partner with founders and executives to define hiring criteria and shape the leadership bar. Additionally, the role involves delivering data-driven insights to refine search strategies and championing a world-class candidate experience.
