Requirements

Candidates should have 6+ years of experience in customer-facing roles within a B2B environment and 5+ years of experience in a multi-product SaaS environment. Proven track record in enterprise sales, strong presentation, communication, and collaboration skills, and the ability to quickly learn and adapt are required. Familiarity with SaaS, security concepts, and technologies such as SCIM, AD, CLI, SSO, and AI is necessary. Experience with frameworks like MEDDPICC is a strong plus. A high degree of autonomy and willingness to mentor colleagues are also expected.

Responsibilities

The Senior Solutions Engineer will act as a strategic technical advisor and trusted partner to the Enterprise sales team and customers, elevating sales efficiency and customer engagement. They will deliver deep technical expertise, tailored demos, and customer-specific insights throughout the sales cycle, crafting solutions that align 1Password’s capabilities with customer challenges and goals. This role involves navigating complex requirements, influencing technical stakeholders, articulating value, qualifying opportunities, defining technical success criteria, and driving alignment within deals. The engineer will also collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Sales Enablement, and Support, and mentor peers to uplevel technical expertise and soft skills across the Solutions Engineering team. They will serve as the primary technical advisor within 1Password’s Go-to-Market team and proactively scope and recommend tailored technical solutions and support to address customer needs.
