Requirements

  • Hands-on technical leadership in engineering excellence, low code platform design, and applied GenAI engineering

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement the core architecture of the Enterprise AI Platform (low code, modular, scalable, secure)
  • Build the agent orchestration runtime, including task queues, state management, inter-agent communication, and support for long-running, resilient AI workflows
  • Develop APIs and services for automation, evaluation, agent lifecycle management, data and MCP connectors, prompt optimization, abstracted AI services, intelligent data extraction, and reasoning
  • Create an intuitive low-code visual builder for drag-and-drop agent workflow composition
  • Provide a pro-code extension layer for authoring and deploying agents in Python/TypeScript within the same framework
  • Ensure unified runtime for low-code and pro-code workflows, including orchestration, evaluation, governance, transparency, debugging, workflow traces, and output explanations
  • Implement experimentation, versioning, evaluation-based comparison, and rollback features
  • Build robust orchestration system for short-lived and long-running agents, with shared state, scheduling, dependency resolution, event-driven execution
  • Integrate agents with core enterprise systems for secure real-world actions
  • Develop mechanisms for persistence, checkpointing, recovery, human-in-the-loop interventions, and self-assessment
  • Architect evaluation-first framework for monitoring and improving AI agent performance
  • Integrate with Model Context Protocols (MCPs) for plug-and-play connectivity
  • Build RAG services for retrieving information from unstructured data using vector databases and retrieval pipelines
  • Implement automated prompt tuning, evaluation, and feedback loops
  • Establish DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and configuration management for smooth scaled deployment
