Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent educational experience, along with 5+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS, and demonstrated product knowledge across multiple product lines. Strong software demonstration skills aligned with industry best practices, domain knowledge in compliance and IT, and knowledge of presenting business processes/workflows are required. Familiarity with AI and LLM concepts is recommended, as is strategic thinking and experience with solution selling methodologies such as Demo2Win and MEDDIC/MEDDPICC.

Responsibilities

As a Sr. Solutions Engineer, you will be the primary technical/solutions point of contact for enterprise B2B sales cycles, partnering with sales, product teams, and success management to support deals. You will spend 70% of your time working on revenue-generating deals, assisting with discovery, leading scoping and execution of validation events, taking the lead on technical responses to RFIs/RFPs, updating systems of record, and presenting professional services and success management offerings. Additionally, you will contribute best practices and content to broader presales and sales teams, participate in demo/pitch certifications, and travel as needed for internal/external meetings.
