Experience selling to F500 clients and cross-functional decision-makers, including C-level executives, is required. Strong solution selling skills, familiarity with the procurement and billing/AP space, and excellent discovery skills are essential.
The Enterprise Solution Engineer will act as the primary pre-sales technical contact for Zip's solution suite, supporting sales efforts by conducting discovery, demonstrating solutions, and handling questions and objections. Responsibilities include responding to customer requests like follow-up questions, demos, RFx, and IT security questionnaires, building custom demos, leading and scoping POCs, partnering with sales to meet objectives, and ensuring a seamless transition to post-sales by communicating customer needs.
