Requirements

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in Product Marketing, Product Manager or Brand. Preferably in B2B SaaS
  • Fluency in English
  • Experience in defining, positioning and launching products or services
  • Experience in working in or with commercial organisations or go to market teams
  • Thrive in fast-paced environments and have a strong business sense
  • Fluency in French or Dutch and cultural context (Belgium) is an asset
  • Strong generalist, with can-do mindset & hands on attitude to problem-solving
  • Natural talent in storytelling and copywriting
  • High level of empathy. Obsessed about ‘customer experience’
  • Appetite for both strategic thinking and hands-on work (ex: content creation)
  • Analytical mind: ability to frame solutions to ill-defined or ambiguous problems. Ability to simplify complex content
  • Able to rally stakeholders from diverse teams and seniority levels around a common goal
  • Aiming to hire within the C1-E level range

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with product and business teams to ensure the successful go to market of business segments
  • Put a strong focus on value proposition and how to pitch in sales conversations: identify what does not work and craft solutions with business teams (sales, account management, sales enablement)
  • Develop deep understanding of business segments and personas through market & competitive intelligence and transfer this knowledge to product and business teams
  • Gather and funnel product feedback from the field to influence the product roadmap and iterate on the pitch
  • Write the value proposition and pitch for new segments (ex: blue collars) in close collaboration with sales teams
  • Test value proposition and pitch by joining sales meetings and full deal cycles, from small companies to largest Belgian corporations
  • Create supporting marketing materials
  • Craft and execute creative ideas to unblock sales cycles (e.g., organize wellbeing workshop with decision makers)
  • Scale learnings from specific cycles to other commercial teams through trainings
  • Analyze product feedback from commercial teams and prioritize for product roadmap to unlock deals
  • Serve as the go-to person for marketing in the Belgian market, building bridges between marketing, sales and product
