Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Partner Development Managers (PDMs) to create and execute marketing strategies
  • Conduct introduction calls with new partners
  • Develop partner-facing content (case studies, press releases, success stories)
  • Design and execute targeted ABM programs
  • Coordinate personalized outreach (gifts, nurture sequences, Salesloft campaigns)
  • Partner with Business Development team to measure and optimize campaign performance
  • Plan and execute Xplor Pay’s ISV event strategy
  • Oversee pre-show promotion, onsite engagement, and post-show follow-up campaigns
  • Own and execute the social media strategy for Xplor Pay’s channels
  • Plan, write, and schedule 25-30 posts per month across LinkedIn and other platforms
  • Develop engaging visuals and content in collaboration with the graphic designer
  • Monitor engagement analytics and refine the strategy to expand reach and influence
