Responsibilities

The Launch Manager will engage with new customers to understand their business processes, maintain organized customer records, extract and migrate data to the company’s software system, write simple queries, assist in designing user experiences, document friction, work with Sales and Engineers to define processes and customization requests, handle conflicts between deadlines and throughput, serve as a conduit for product feedback to Product Managers, and actively contribute to team and company goals.
