Requirements

Candidates should have 7+ years of proven experience in product marketing within the SaaS industry, ideally with a focus on payroll or HR tech. A strong understanding of domestic payroll processes and compliance requirements is a plus. Exceptional skills in positioning, storytelling, and go-to-market execution are required, along with experience working with lifecycle marketing teams. A data-driven mindset, excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills, and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams are also essential.

Responsibilities

The Senior Product Marketing Manager will develop and execute go-to-market strategies for Deel HR products to meet revenue and growth targets, identifying market opportunities and customer segments to drive product adoption. They will craft compelling messaging for HRIS products, emphasizing value in compliance, efficiency, and employee satisfaction, and collaborate with Product and Sales teams to align positioning with customer needs. Responsibilities include designing multi-channel campaigns with Marketing and Growth teams to generate demand and nurture prospects, measuring and optimizing campaign performance, and creating enablement materials for sales teams. The role also involves conducting competitive analysis and customer research, tracking market trends, and advocating for customer needs in product development discussions.
