Requirements

Candidates should possess at least 4 years of experience in content creation, video editing, or creative production, either within an agency or in-house setting. They must demonstrate a deep familiarity with social media platforms and their respective content nuances, including understanding the differences between YouTube thumbnails and TikTok hooks. A portfolio showcasing the ability to create visually compelling and performance-driven content is required, along with a strong sense of design, brand consistency, and visual storytelling. Bonus points are awarded for proficiency in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or CapCut, and experience with motion graphics.

Responsibilities

The Creative Lead will own Wander’s brand storytelling across video and social media channels, driving top-of-funnel engagement and brand affinity. They will build a content calendar and publishing cadence aligned with marketing priorities and cultural moments, develop and launch Wander’s first YouTube series, create and manage a high volume of short-form video assets for social media, ads, and web, manage the voice and aesthetic of Wander’s Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube accounts, repurpose and remix Wander’s archive of video and photo assets, and stay current with content trends and audience behavior to evolve the approach.
