Experience with ABM platforms like 6sense or Demandbase and proficiency in reporting and BI tools are also necessary. A solid understanding of B2B revenue marketing principles, including demand generation, ABM, pipeline contribution, and lead lifecycle management, along with a data-driven mindset and attention to detail, is essential.

Responsibilities

The Senior Marketing Operations Manager will own and manage the marketing technology stack, including HubSpot and Webflow, ensuring accurate and scalable integrations, automations, and data flows. This role involves building and managing the logic, workflows, and automations for multi-channel campaigns, ensuring seamless lead flow, scoring, routing, and attribution for pipeline reporting. Responsibilities include creating and maintaining dashboards for leadership visibility into funnel health, ROI, and campaign impact, identifying and implementing process optimizations for performance and scalability, and overseeing database health, segmentation, and enrichment. Additionally, the manager will maintain process guides, provide training to the marketing team, and collaborate with Growth, RevOps, Sales, and Analytics teams to align systems and reporting with company objectives.
