Requirements

Candidates should have 5+ years of experience in a B2B-focused revenue marketing role and 3+ years of experience building complex, account-based go-to-market motions, preferably into CHRO and CFO buying groups. A solid grasp of modern account-based technology, with a strong opinion on when and where to leverage AI to maximize efficiency while optimizing for buyer experience, is required. A thorough understanding of ABM and demand funnel metrics, and best practices for improving efficiency across the entire buyer lifecycle, is also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Account-Based Marketing Director will own campaign design and execution, collaborating on target account selection to drive measurable progress with key buyers. They will innovate on content and media ideas to attract key personas, partner on content creation, and own key workflows and technology tools to continually improve account-based motions. This role also involves defining ABM success metrics and partnering with Revenue Operations to refine attribution models and demonstrate campaign impact.
