Requirements

Candidates should have over 5 years of experience in RevOps, SalesOps, or GTM Strategy roles within fast-paced B2B SaaS or fintech companies. A strong track record of building systems that improve win rates, forecasting accuracy, or shorten sales cycles is essential, along with hands-on ownership of HubSpot or Salesforce, including reporting, automation, user management, and optimization. Proficiency in analytics tools such as SQL, Excel/Sheets, and BI tools like Metabase, Looker, or Tableau is required. Experience leading cross-functional projects, a proactive problem-solving approach, and the ability to connect sales targets with headcount and capacity planning are also necessary. Comfort with ambiguity and a builder mentality are key.

Responsibilities

The Revenue Operations Lead will architect a high-performance go-to-market engine by transforming the sales process into a repeatable, data-powered machine. This includes building foundational elements like forecasting models, funnel metrics, and sales analytics, and delivering dashboards to drive executive decisions. Responsibilities also involve designing scalable systems for territory planning, quota-setting, pipeline stages, capacity modeling, and compensation plans. The role includes owning and evolving the GTM tool stack, implementing automations, and ensuring CRM hygiene and reporting accuracy. Additionally, the lead will drive enablement by codifying playbooks for new territory openings, broker onboarding, and account retention, and will align the organization by ensuring sync between Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product strategies and execution.
