Requirements

The Growth Marketer should possess 3-5 years of experience as a successful growth marketer at a B2B SaaS seed or series A startup with a sales-led growth motion and prior experience with products having at least $20K ACV, a data-driven mindset, experience running A/B tests and interpreting results, strong copywriting skills, comfort with basic design skills, and fluency in using Hubspot as a CRM / reporting tool. Prior experience with Product-Led Growth (PLG) is beneficial.

Responsibilities

This role involves owning and optimizing the outbound engine, combining event data, intent data, and refined messaging to drive qualified leads, managing and architecting a full-funnel outbound system, building hyper-personalized outbound workflows, continuously A/B testing messaging and triggers, reporting on outbound performance, identifying what messaging drives demos and meetings, launching and tracking creative GTM campaigns, building viral tools and shareable components, leveraging LinkedIn for brand growth, researching new growth tools and frameworks, and using the website for performance optimization. Additionally, the Growth Marketer will contribute to brand-led growth, paid and organic initiatives, and any scrappy tactics that capture attention, all while utilizing Vendelux’s data on 250,000+ B2B events to establish thought leadership and drive pipeline.
