Requirements

Candidates should have 6+ years of Marketing Operations experience in B2B SaaS, be an expert HubSpot admin and advanced Salesforce user, and possess experience with other martech platforms like RingLead, SalesLoft, Showpad, and ZoomInfo. Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting tools, specifically Google Analytics 4 (GA4), are required, along with a deep understanding of lead management processes and marketing automation best practices, including list management and data quality. A bias for action and attention to detail, coupled with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, are also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Senior Marketing Operations Manager will manage and optimize the marketing tech stack, oversee website operations, develop and refine data-driven marketing strategies, ensure accurate data flow from campaigns to attribution, create and maintain marketing dashboards and reports, own the marketing-to-sales handoff process and lead recycling, support the development of account-based marketing (ABM) and outbound operations, continuously analyze marketing data to identify opportunities for process improvements, and ensure data integrity. They will also support the development and execution of marketing campaigns and maintain best practices in data governance.
