Requirements

A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in B2B demand generation, digital marketing, or campaign management, preferably within a SaaS or technology environment, is required. Proven ability to build demand generation programs from scratch to scale and hands-on experience running campaigns across various channels, including paid media, content, account-based marketing (ABM), and events, are essential. Deep proficiency with marketing automation and CRM platforms is also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Senior Manager, Demand Generation will architect a holistic demand generation strategy aligned with corporate goals and revenue targets, defining ideal customer profiles, buyer's journeys, and KPIs. They will lead the design, execution, and optimization of multi-channel demand generation campaigns, including paid media, SEO/GEO, content syndication, email marketing, webinars, and ABM. This role involves owning end-to-end performance, implementing tracking and reporting mechanisms, analyzing funnel metrics, and presenting insights to leadership. The manager will act as a subject matter expert for the marketing technology stack, ensuring seamless integration of marketing automation and CRM systems. They will also cultivate strong relationships with sales, product marketing, content, and sales operations teams, manage the demand generation budget for maximum ROI, and lead, mentor, and develop a team of demand generation professionals while managing external agencies and contractors.
