Requirements

Candidates must possess at least 5 years of sales experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a management role, and a proven track record of managing enterprise sales teams and scaling revenue in food service distribution or food technology. Experience in the coffee and café vertical is a plus. Strong analytical skills, comfort with enterprise CRM, Slack, Excel, and Google Suite, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and experience in fast-paced, evolving organizations are essential. Candidates are preferred to reside in core market areas (NYC, Dallas, Austin, Houston, Los Angeles, Denver, Seattle, or Miami) and be willing to travel.

Responsibilities

The Senior Manager of Enterprise Sales will lead and coach enterprise sales managers, establish sales targets, and manage performance against KPIs including quota attainment, pipeline generation, and revenue growth. This role involves conducting regular 1:1s and development sessions, partnering cross-functionally with other departments, and driving the acquisition of net new enterprise accounts while expanding wallet share within strategic customers. Responsibilities also include identifying whitespace opportunities, leading upsell and cross-sell efforts, using data and market insights to inform strategy, and building strong stakeholder relationships.
