Candidates must have 5-7+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Services within a B2B SaaS environment, with 2-4+ years of experience managing and developing customer-facing teams. A strategic mindset with a hands-on approach, a proven track record of retention, expansion, and customer advocacy, and experience with executive stakeholders are essential. Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills are required, along with demonstrated success in leading through change and scaling teams/processes. Familiarity with customer success platforms and CRM tools is preferred, and willingness to travel within the U.S. and Canada is necessary.
The Senior Manager, Customer Success will lead, mentor, and develop a team of CSMs, fostering a customer-centric culture and driving team performance through goal setting and metric tracking. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the customer journey and act as the main point of contact for key enterprise accounts to ensure their goals are met and exceeded. Responsibilities include developing and executing success plans, proactively identifying growth opportunities, and navigating complex stakeholder environments to ensure value delivery. The role also involves ownership of customer lifecycle strategies, including onboarding, adoption, renewals, and churn mitigation.
