An analytical mindset for interpreting performance data and driving optimization is also necessary, as is familiarity with Salesforce, Lightdash, and other marketing platforms.
The Senior Manager, Client Marketing will drive member registration, activation, and business growth across health plan clients by developing and executing high-impact, multi-channel marketing programs. This includes serving as the day-to-day marketing point of contact for clients, supporting new launches and expansions, and developing marketing playbooks. Responsibilities also include managing a repeatable campaign execution process, tracking performance, analyzing results, and optimizing future campaigns. Additionally, the role involves ensuring campaign data accuracy and accessibility in collaboration with Data Engineering and Clinical Ops, and ensuring marketing compliance with Clinical and Partner Experience teams.
