Candidates must have a minimum of 7 years of experience in customer success or account management, with prior people management experience being preferred. Exceptional prioritization and organizational skills are needed to manage a book of business valued at $2M+/-, along with the ability to work independently and manage multiple customer relationships. Technical adaptability to learn new solutions and communicate their value is essential, as is proficiency in identifying customer risks and engaging them with solutions. Strong presentation, negotiation, problem-solving, and analytical skills are required, along with a proven track record of exceeding objectives. Candidates must be self-motivated, driven by results, and willing to travel up to 50% of the time. This role is specifically for candidates based in Florida.
The Customer Success Team Lead will lead, coach, and develop Customer Success Managers (CSMs) and/or Associate CSMs to meet customer success targets, including retention, satisfaction, and business growth. They will track customer health, manage renewals, and identify upsell opportunities within their team's book of business. This role involves collaborating with the RVP to implement regional customer success strategies and overseeing high-profile and strategic accounts to ensure personalized customer approaches. The Team Lead will also advocate for customer needs by working with cross-functional teams, recommending product improvements, and ensuring exceptional customer outcomes.
