Requirements

Candidates should have over 7 years of experience managing and growing a high-performing enterprise book of business in B2B SaaS, specifically within the healthcare and benefits industry. Demonstrated experience supporting clients to increase engagement and maximize the value of a medical benefit or healthcare SaaS solution is required. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment. Proven success in building relationships with sophisticated clients and brokers in the health and welfare space is also necessary. The role requires the ability to travel up to 20% of the time.

Responsibilities

The Account Management Director will oversee clients in the largest market segment, focusing on relationship management, understanding client needs, and day-to-day client management. Responsibilities include acting as the primary point of contact for key client stakeholders and brokers, ensuring overall client success and retention. This involves executing key workflows, monitoring client health, tracking success KPIs, escalating concerns, and mitigating risks through action plans. The Director will also collaborate with product, sales, and member services teams to meet client engagement goals, develop client reports and meeting materials, and represent Garner at client open enrollment sessions.
