Proven expertise in supply chain, logistics, or WMS software is a significant plus. Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels, are required. A proactive and strategic problem-solver with a strong sense of ownership and a bias for action, along with the demonstrated ability to manage a portfolio of accounts while maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail, is necessary. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is also required.
The Customer Success Manager will serve as a strategic partner to customers, ensuring they achieve and exceed their business objectives by leveraging the Logiwa platform. They will build and maintain deep relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate. Responsibilities include managing a portfolio of key accounts to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention, developing a profound understanding of customer business goals and platform value, and conducting high-impact business reviews to showcase value and identify growth opportunities. The role involves proactively monitoring customer health, identifying potential risks, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues and champion customer needs. Additionally, the Customer Success Manager will identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities, partner with marketing to highlight customer success stories, and serve as the voice of the customer to shape the product roadmap and strategic direction.
