Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Senior Integrated Marketing Manager to join our Growth team. In this dynamic role, you will develop impactful, cross-channel campaigns in support of product launches, ABM, and more, to push towards our enterprise pipeline and revenue goals. You will build and execute our email marketing and digital event program, helping nurture and convert enterprise prospects into active sales opportunities. Your strategic mindset and understanding of the enterprise customer journey will ensure we’re always where our buyers are, delivering the right message, at the right time, across marketing touch points.


About You (Requirements)

  • 6+ years of proven experience in integrated marketing and campaign management within Enterprise SaaS.
  • Demonstrated technical expertise with HubSpot, including building successful email campaigns, nurture flows, and lead scoring.
  • Builder mentality, with the ability to switch between strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
  • Proven track record managing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise selling and nurturing prospects across the sales funnel.
  • AI-led mindset, with experience using ChatGPT, Zapier, and other AI tools to embed efficiency into everything you do.
  • Exceptional cross-functional collaboration and project management skills.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with experience tracking KPIs, interpreting data, and optimizing campaign performance.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in fast-paced, agile environments.

Responsibilities (Outcomes)

  • Create enterprise ABM campaigns across channels, contributing to pipeline goals.
  • Ensure consistent and cohesive messaging across all channels and campaign touch points, strengthening brand integrity and campaign results.
  • Build, manage, and optimize an effective email marketing program within HubSpot, increasing lead conversion, engagement, and review generation.
  • Develop advanced email workflows and lead scoring to measurably improve lead conversion rates with industry verticals.
  • Launch impactful digital events, such as webinars and other thought leadership formats.
  • Identify and test new channels and opportunities to engage with enterprise buyers.
  • Ensure effective tracking and reporting of campaigns to measure impact.
