The role reports directly to the General Manager of Rockerbox (also referred to as VP, General Manager) and leads a talented team of already producing sales professionals, driving a high performance culture.
A strong candidate is a seasoned sales leader with experience scaling revenue to mid 8-figure levels, expertise in developing go-to-market strategies, and the ability to lead high-performing sales teams while partnering cross-functionally.
