The Senior Group Director, Enterprise Sales will develop and execute a scalable sales strategy to drive revenue growth, including pricing, packaging, and market positioning. They will manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing and post-sale involvement, while also building, mentoring, and leading a high-performing sales team. This role involves establishing and monitoring sales KPIs, implementing reporting and forecasting tools, and collaborating with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Engineering teams to align strategies and provide sales insights for product development. Additionally, the director will oversee lead distribution and account management to maximize team potential and market coverage.
