Position Overview

As a Senior Digital Campaign Manager at Feathr, you will oversee the execution of multiple digital marketing campaigns from start to finish, ensuring that each project aligns with customer goals and delivers measurable results. In this fast-paced role, you’ll manage customer relationships, coordinate with creative teams, and use data to optimize campaign performance. Your ability to troubleshoot issues, manage timelines, and communicate effectively will be key to driving customer success. This role requires a strong blend of project management, customer support, and digital marketing expertise.

Your Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in project management, customer support, or digital marketing (or 1+ years with a relevant degree).
  • Proven experience troubleshooting and diagnosing issues in a professional environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to own and manage projects from start to finish.
  • Strong software proficiency and ability to maximize technology use.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Autonomously manage customer relationships in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborate with designers to coordinate the creation of landing pages, banners, and email campaigns.
  • Analyze and report on campaign data, presenting cohesive insights and recommendations.
  • Optimize campaigns to ensure they meet or exceed client goals.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues in collaboration with the support team.
  • Manage customer projects from inception to completion using tools like Asana, GSuite, PlanHat, and Salesforce.
  • Communicate regularly with customers to ensure deliverables are completed and expectations are met.
  • Contribute innovative ideas in meetings and support experiments to test new customer segments, use cases, best practices, and processes.

Metrics & Performance

  • Manage 60-80 customer flights.
  • Responsible for renewing service dollars within your portfolio, working toward department-assigned retention goals that are updated quarterly in alignment with company objectives.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Compensation: $58,000 base and up to an $8,500 bonus potential.
