Requirements

The ideal candidate has experience working at a company that is earlier stage where they've seen growth and demand gen being built, or they built it before, understanding the importance of designing and architecting a strategy and testing it in execution, and excitement about testing and ideating in collaboration with other team members. They should also be comfortable working on products establishing nascent offerings in a space with varying but overlapping ICPs.

Responsibilities

The Senior Marketing Manager, Growth will own and execute multi-channel strategies to drive qualified pipeline, including paid media, outbound campaigns, events, and partner programs, developing quarterly plans aligned to revenue targets. They will collaborate closely with the sales and BDR teams to craft outbound messaging, sequences, and campaigns that convert, providing data-driven insights and testing support to optimize outreach efforts. The role involves leading paid acquisition programs in collaboration with a performance agency, managing strategy, execution, and performance tracking across platforms like Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, as well as managing key marketing partnerships and co-marketing opportunities. Additionally, the Senior Marketing Manager, Growth will ensure smooth lead routing, attribution, and reporting across HubSpot, Salesforce, and Revenue Hero, maintain workflows and dashboards to measure impact and optimize performance, and oversee the marketing budget and vendor relationships for marketing tools and agencies.
