The Senior Marketing Manager, Growth will be responsible for key programs that drive pipeline creation across paid channels, outbound programs, sales collaboration, and marketing operations. This role involves close partnership with our sales team to generate high-quality leads and ensure seamless execution across the entire funnel.
The ideal candidate will have experience at an earlier-stage company where they've witnessed or contributed to the building of growth and demand generation functions. You understand the importance of strategic design and testing in execution and are excited by the opportunity to test and ideate collaboratively. Experience with products establishing nascent offerings in markets with varying but overlapping Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) is highly desirable.
This is a senior individual contributor role. While you will manage external consultants, you will not have direct reports. This position reports to our VP of Product & Marketing.
