This role focuses on understanding our Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), crafting strategies for target markets, driving product adoption, and enabling internal teams. We are seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead go-to-market efforts for key segments, identify new growth opportunities, and spearhead strategic initiatives such as win-loss analysis, enterprise ABM, and competitive intelligence.
Responsibilities
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Own and execute go-to-market strategies for 1-2 of Tremendous' top customer segments.
- ICP Research: Lead and scale ICP research processes to refine segmentation, positioning, messaging, and campaign strategies.
- Campaign Development: Drive and scale high-impact ABM and broad-reach campaigns to generate and accelerate pipeline.
- Content & Growth Collaboration: Partner with Content and Growth teams to shape content strategy and explore new acquisition channels (e.g., events, partnerships, third-party sites, web).
- Relationship Building: Build strategic relationships with customers, partners, and influencers to foster thought leadership and enhance brand visibility.
- Reporting & Optimization: Strengthen campaign and segment reporting to identify successful strategies, enable rapid iteration, and maximize ROI.
- Product & Sales Collaboration: Collaborate with Product and Sales teams to influence roadmap decisions and lead full-funnel product launches.
- Competitive Strategy: Lead competitive strategy efforts and enhance the team's approach to tracking and communicating market movements.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of product marketing experience, with a strong preference for B2B SaaS.
- Proven ability to lead go-to-market strategy for a product, vertical, or customer segment.
- Deep customer empathy and a track record of using insights to shape messaging, campaigns, and product direction.
- Strong storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders.
- Highly proactive with a demonstrated ability to take ownership of complex projects, drive alignment, and execute initiatives with minimal oversight.
- Experience designing and executing both broad-based and ABM-style marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in conducting and scaling research, including leading win-loss interviews, voice of customer programs, or segmentation studies.
- Experience collaborating closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to drive adoption and revenue.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to evaluate performance and optimize strategy.
- An eye for process improvements, with a focus on streamlining workflows, scaling knowledge-sharing, and enhancing cross-functional alignment.
