Deep empathy for customers, strong storytelling and communication skills, and proficiency in conducting and scaling research are essential. An analytical mindset and an eye for process improvements are also necessary.
The Senior Product Marketing Manager will own go-to-market strategy for key customer segments and lead execution across teams. They will drive ICP research processes to sharpen segmentation, positioning, messaging, and campaign strategy. Responsibilities include leading ABM and broad-reach campaigns, shaping content strategy, building strategic relationships, strengthening campaign reporting, collaborating with Product and Sales on roadmap decisions and product launches, and leading competitive strategy.
