Requirements

Candidates should have 2–4 years of hands-on experience with HubSpot, experience managing projects and campaign workflows in Jira or another project management system, familiarity with Salesforce Campaigns and lead/contact management, and experience building marketing assets such as landing pages, emails, and workflows. Strong attention to detail and a process-oriented mindset are also required, along with basic reporting and analysis skills.

Responsibilities

The Marketing Automation Manager will own and manage HubSpot as the marketing automation platform, build and maintain landing pages, emails, and marketing workflows, execute database segmentation for targeted campaigns, track campaign performance and generate basic reporting for stakeholders, create and manage Salesforce campaigns in alignment with marketing activities, act as the main marketing ops Jira task owner, coordinate across growth and field marketing teams to manage timelines and task statuses in Jira, support social media and paid advertising efforts through cross-functional collaboration, upload and manage contact lists and campaign associations in HubSpot, contribute to marketing operations documentation and process improvements, assist in A/B testing, campaign optimization, and asset creation, and maintain organized, scalable marketing automation systems.
