Requirements

Candidates should possess successful technology sales experience, preferably in ad-tech, digital marketing, or B2B account-based marketing, and a proven track record of success in customer-facing account management roles. Experience in achieving quarterly sales quotas, expanding deals, and managing sales processes is required, along with a strong understanding of SaaS and MEDDPICC.

Responsibilities

The Principal Key Account Manager will be responsible for the commercial aspect of the customer’s business by focusing on retaining and expanding their book of business with 10-15 accounts, driving more revenue and creating marketing and sales success for their customers. They will work harmoniously with Customer Success Managers, develop cross-functional relationships across customer departments, manage contracts and negotiations, collaborate with new business and onboarding teams, and advise internally on processes to improve customer support and efficiency.
