Principal Key Account Manager - RollWorks

Position Overview

RollWorks, a division of NextRoll, is seeking a Principal Key Account Manager to join the Account Management Team. This role focuses on managing executive relationships and developing expansion strategies for RollWorks' largest enterprise customers. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, innovative, and strategic relationship manager, comfortable working with executives and staying ahead of marketing industry and competitive trends. You will be part of an industry-defining team with a clear vision, surrounded by intelligent and passionate individuals dedicated to overcoming challenges together. Responsibilities

  • Manage the commercial aspect of customer businesses by focusing on retaining and expanding a book of 10-15 enterprise accounts, driving revenue growth and customer success.
  • Collaborate effectively with Customer Success Managers to jointly support assigned customers.
  • Develop and cultivate cross-functional relationships within customer organizations across various departments (e.g., marketing, executives, marketing operations, sales, sales operations) to build value and interest.
  • Handle contract, negotiation, billing, legal, and financial inquiries internally and externally for customer agreements.
  • Partner with new business and onboarding teams to ensure a seamless and standardized customer experience.
  • Build internal relationships with teams such as Customer Success, Solution Consultants, Product, Finance, Revenue Operations, and Legal to advise on and improve processes for more effective customer support.

Requirements

  • Proven success in technology sales, with a strong preference for experience in ad-tech, digital marketing, and/or B2B account-based marketing.
  • Demonstrated track record of success in customer-facing account management roles.
  • Proven ability to achieve quarterly managed sales quotas, with experience in deal expansion and managing sales processes.
  • SaaS experience and understanding of MEDDPICC are highly advantageous.
  • Experience working in a dynamic, evolving, high-energy sales culture.
  • Strong prospecting skills across multiple channels including phone, LinkedIn, video, and email.
  • Ability and willingness to travel within the US to meet with accounts at least once per month.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: Minimum base salary of $109,055 to maximum base salary of $161,700 + commission + equity + benefits. On-target earnings: 42.86% of base.
