The Senior Growth Marketer will develop a roadmap of priorities and experiments focused on generating sales pipeline, leaning into areas such as product-qualified leads from the PLG user base, targeted outbound strategies, and optimizing the prospect journey through the website, chat, and lead nurtures. Responsibilities include standing up and owning highly personalized outbound programs from sourcing to analytics, conducting conversion rate optimization activities and A/B tests across various channels, and creating high-converting landing pages and interactive tools. The role also involves exploring and building viral tools for organic acquisition, optimizing paid campaigns for retargeting and expansion, owning the pipeline generation machine, and experimenting with new data sources, workflow tools, and AI-first solutions to identify high intent opportunities.
