Proficiency in HubSpot and Salesforce is required, with experience in tools like Demandbase, ZoomInfo, and Salesloft being a plus. The role also requires experience managing or mentoring direct reports, excellent communication, project management, and collaboration skills, and an analytical mindset for campaign data interpretation. Familiarity with marketing best practices across paid and owned channels, and comfort using AI tools for productivity enhancement are also necessary.
This role is responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns to drive demand and accelerate pipeline across North American commercial segments. The Manager will manage and support the B2B Marketing Campaign Specialist, define campaign strategy, audience targeting, and lead nurturing programs in partnership with marketing operations. Key duties include owning campaign calendars, brief development, performance analysis, and reporting. The position involves collaborating with sales and RevOps on ABM programs, coordinating with internal teams for unified campaign execution, and supporting quarterly planning, forecasting, and KPI reporting. Additionally, the Manager will partner with product marketing to ensure campaign messaging alignment and create compelling content and messaging for various marketing materials.
