About the Role

Reporting to the Director of B2B Growth Marketing, this role is responsible for campaign development, performance optimization, and cross-functional collaboration with product marketing, sales, revenue operations, and digital marketing teams. This position includes people management responsibilities, with the B2B Marketing Campaign Specialist reporting directly to this role. The Manager will lead the strategy and execution of integrated marketing programs to generate qualified leads and pipeline across the North American market.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive demand and accelerate pipeline across commercial segments in North America.
  • Manage and support the B2B Marketing Campaign Specialist, ensuring campaign execution meets goals and deadlines.
  • Define campaign strategy, audience targeting, and lead nurturing programs in partnership with Marketing Operations.
  • Own campaign calendars, brief development, performance analysis, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with Sales and RevOps to build and run ABM programs targeting high-value accounts and driving engagement across key buyer journey stages.
  • Coordinate closely with internal teams responsible for SEO, PPC, content, and events to support unified campaign execution.
  • Support quarterly planning, forecasting, and KPI reporting.
  • Partner with Product Marketing to ensure campaign messaging is on-brand and aligned with positioning.
  • Create compelling content and messaging for target audiences, including emails, landing pages, ads, blogs, industry reports, webinars, and other materials.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, with a strong focus on demand generation and campaign strategy for SaaS or cybersecurity companies.
  • Proven track record of planning and executing multi-channel marketing programs that generate pipeline and influence revenue.
  • Proficient in HubSpot and Salesforce; experience with tools like Demandbase, ZoomInfo, and Salesloft is a plus.
  • Experience managing or mentoring direct reports with a focus on development and performance.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and collaboration skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and recommend improvements.
  • Familiarity with marketing best practices across paid and owned channels.
  • Comfort using AI tools to enhance productivity and scale campaign execution, with oversight on tone and accuracy.
