The Lifecycle Marketing Senior Manager will develop and own the end-to-end email and SMS lifecycle strategy, focusing on acquisition, activation, retention, and win-back. This includes building automated, segmented, and personalized campaigns across the funnel to increase conversion, repeat purchase, and LTV. The role involves leading continuous A/B testing, experimentation, and optimization to improve engagement, CTR, conversion, and revenue performance. Key responsibilities also include defining and refining lifecycle journeys for various customer cohorts, partnering with data, CX, and Brand teams to design experiments and monitor results, and regularly reporting on campaign performance. Additionally, the manager will collaborate closely with creative, brand, and CX teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and drive adoption of new technologies and best practices.
