Requirements

Candidates should have at least 6 years of experience in growth strategy, client services, growth marketing, member engagement, or user acquisition, with a preference for experience from a top-tier management consulting firm, high-growth start-up, marketing agency, or digital health company. Proven success in developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies for large organizations is required, along with executive-level communication and presentation skills. The ideal candidate is a results-oriented strategic thinker and problem solver with a bias for innovation and experimentation, and the ability to build strong collaborative relationships.

Responsibilities

The Growth Marketing Strategy Director will define and shape the enterprise growth playbook, owning the member engagement strategy at each enterprise client. This role involves serving as a strategic marketing partner to Sales and Account Management teams, participating in sales pitches, developing bespoke member engagement plans, and collaborating with clients and Account Management to increase Garner adoption. Responsibilities include leading marketing strategy and execution of multi-channel communication strategies, acting as an expert consultant, piloting marketing campaigns, and scaling proven tactics. The role also requires owning a data-driven approach to performance measurement and optimization through client-specific reporting, and developing scalable processes and playbooks for enterprise engagement marketing.
