A proven track record of scaling campaigns and optimizing CAC/LTV is essential, along with comfort in data analysis, A/B testing, and performance measurement using tools such as Google Analytics, MMPs, and internal dashboards. Strong communication skills for translating insights into business impact and a demonstrated curiosity and adaptability for experimenting with new channels are also required. Experience in insurance, fintech, or another high-consideration category is a plus.
