Requirements

Candidates should possess 7-10 years of experience in performance marketing, with direct ownership of paid social channels like Meta, Snap, and TikTok. A proven track record of scaling campaigns and optimizing CAC/LTV is essential, along with comfort in data analysis, A/B testing, and performance measurement using tools such as Google Analytics, MMPs, and internal dashboards. Strong communication skills for translating insights into business impact and a demonstrated curiosity and adaptability for experimenting with new channels are also required. Experience in insurance, fintech, or another high-consideration category is a plus.

Responsibilities

The Performance Marketing Manager will own performance marketing campaigns across paid social, media networks, and emerging platforms. They will continuously test new channels, partners, and creative formats to expand reach and uncover scalable opportunities. Responsibilities include developing hypotheses, designing experiments, and measuring results to drive insights and optimize ROI. The role involves managing budgets, pacing, and forecasts across multiple campaigns and channels, partnering with creative and brand teams to brief and refine ad assets, and reporting on campaign performance, channel mix, and learnings to cross-functional stakeholders. Staying ahead of performance marketing trends and identifying new growth opportunities is also a key responsibility.
